Family Research Council President Tony Perkins urges Californians to visit StopSB48.com and sign petitions for a ballot referendum to overturn a new law soon to take affect that will require public schools to teach children as young as five not only to accept but also to endorse transgender, bisexual, and homosexual identity and behavior. The challenge is to collect 750,000 petitions before the end of September.
